- From my experiences, if you don't involve the end user early on in the
- development phase you will end up with a product that most likely will not be
- used. Not only does it make the user feel like he is a part of the process,
- but my idea of how a program should flow (as a programmer) might not be the
- best for the person who actually used the software.
